Jeremy F. Serres is a founding partner of Mooneeram + Serres + Vivanco, P.A., whose practice includes insurance litigation, first party property claims, breach of contract, premises liability, immigration, real estate and personal injury.
Prior to establishing Mooneeram + Serres + Vivanco, P.A., Jeremy worked as an Associate Attorney focusing his area of practice on plaintiff first party property damage litigation. Thereafter, Jeremy joined an insurance defense firm where his primary focus was litigating/defending first-party property, breach of contract and premise liability cases. Having litigated thousands of cases from both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s side, Jeremy is able to offer his clients a unique and objective perspective regarding the merits and strength of their homeowner’s insurance claim. Jeremy’s experience makes him uniquely qualified to handle first-party property, breach of contract, personal injury and bodily injury cases. Jeremy was born and raised in the city of Miami, Florida and has developed strong ties to his community. Some of his hobbies include watching and playing sports, going to the movies, and traveling. As a local, Jeremy has been an avid Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins supporter, despite all the heartbreak the Dolphins have caused him over the years.
Jeremy earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University where he graduated with a Degree in Philosophy and a minor in Psychology. He attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. He received numerous Dean’s List Certificates and CALI Awards for Excellence in recognition of receiving the highest ranks in Negotiation and Advanced Legal Research. While attending Nova Southeastern University, Jeremy clerked at a well-established law firm working hand-in-hand with the partners on Complex Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy Law, Business Transactions, and Corporate Law matters.
